Awhile back, I wrote about how we can see the Sisters mountains from our front porch. I'm sure we've had some clear days, or moments for me to take pics, but for one reason or another, I didn't. Today, we were out running around. The sky was beautiful, and the mountains stuck out like I've never seen before with all that snow on them. I wish I had my camera while I was driving around. Of course, by the time we got home, the clouds had rolled in, and this is not exactly the pics I had in mind when I decided I needed to post today. I guess when we moved here, we traded rain for rapid changing weather. The first picture does not do our view any justice, but I thought I'd post it anyway, just to give you the idea.

I'm not 100% sure that the mountains in these pics are The Three Sisters. I've since realized that there are other mountains in the same range as them (Broken Top, and 1 or 2 others), but until I find out for sure otherwise, I'll be calling them Sisters. If only we could top a few trees and raise our house up just a little. Oh well, I won't complain.
